TARIFF

LOW season, £144 (€209) per week. MID season, £195 (€283) per week. HIGH season, £249 (€361) per week.

EXTRAS

Bed linen can be supplied for a small charge.

Please view the AVAILABILITY PAGE to check if the period you require is vacant. You can then return to this page and fill in the ONLINE RESERVATION FORM to send us your request.

After we receive your payment we will send you confirmation and details on where to collect keys etc.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cheques in both Sterling and Euros. Or if you request online payment you we will send you the link to our online Paypal account. This enables you to pay with any of the major credit or debit cards.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The apartment is normally let on a weekly basis. From 4pm on the date of arrival to 10am on the departure date.
2. Electricity is included in the price.
3. Bed linen (1 x double duvet / 1 x double sofa-bed set) can be supplied, at an extra cost of £15 (€22) per set.
4. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
5. No pets, no smoking.
6. The hirer is responsible for the property and its contents during the hire period.
7. The apartment must be left clean and tidy.
8. We cannot accept liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature other than the proven negligence of ourselves or our agents. You must take care of your personal property. We cannot accept liability in respect of loss or damage of such property.
